Skills
- 1-2 years of professional experience, including internships
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, capable of exploratory analysis and handling imperfect data
- Some experience with R or Python programming
- Ability to explain basic modeling and regression techniques to non-technical audiences
- Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly in remote settings
