What You'll Do in This Role
As a Seasonal Customer Service & Tax Preparation Representative working from your home office, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers navigate their tax preparation needs with confidence and ease. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional inbound customer support – You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their tax-related questions and concerns, delivering solutions with warmth and professionalism
- Guiding customers through tax return preparation – You'll assist clients in preparing their individual tax returns accurately and efficiently, ensuring they receive every credit and deduction they're entitled to

- Residency in Jackson, Mississippi – This position requires you to reside within the Jackson, Mississippi metropolitan area
- Recent tax preparation experience – Prior experience in tax preparation or related financial services is required
- Customer service background – A minimum of one year of professional customer service experience
- Educational foundation – A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Home office setup – A quiet, distraction-free environment dedicated to your work-from-home responsibilities
- Technical proficiency – Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge
