Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our members seeking assistance with their pharmacy benefit plans. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Your goal will be to ensure that every member understands their coverage and options, offering the solutions needed to simplify their healthcare experience.

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options designed to help you balance priorities both in and outside of work. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members across the nation.
