Who We Need

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide all customer service support for our Review Team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities that are critical to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare support services. Your primary responsibilities will include interacting with beneficiaries and providers via our helpline, creating, formatting, and proofreading correspondence, and maintaining timeliness in all communications.

This position requires a great deal of decision-making regarding various types of complex appeals. You will need to exercise sound judgment and critical thinking skills to determine the best course of action for each caller while adhering to our established guidelines and procedures.
