Key Responsibilities Include:

- Inbound Call Handling: Manage incoming calls from external customers, internal callers, and transfers. Address questions, concerns, and requests with patience and expertise.
- Customer Service Requests: Respond to and resolve customer service requests promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Email Correspondence: Manage professional email communications with clients, including responding to inquiries and following up on pending matters.
- System Monitoring: Review and process the Emailed Holds Report and manage the Holds Worker Console to address any order issues or delays.
- Viewer System Management: Utilize the Viewer System Console for tracking and managing customer interactions and order statuses.
- Salesforce Support: Support the Management Dashboard in Salesforce, providing necessary updates and insights for the sales team.
- Customer Contact Tools: Use the Customer Contact Tool to log interactions, track customer history, and ensure follow-up on all matters.
- Confidentiality: Exercise discretion when working with confidential customer and company information, maintaining the highest levels of data security and privacy.
- Flexibility: Accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during peak periods such as the Holiday season.
