The role involves responding to customer inquiries in Russian and English regarding bookings, cancellations, and other lodging-related queries while providing solutions in collaboration with the Team Manager.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via text or phone in Russian & English
- Come up with solutions in cooperation with your Team Manager
- Related to bookings, cancellations, or other lodging-related queries
- Work in 8 hour long shifts, ranging from 9:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Sunday
Skills
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Ability to answer customer inquiries via text or phone
- Ability to come up with solutions in cooperation with Team Manager
- Willingness to work in 8 hour long shifts, ranging from 9:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Sunday
- Completion of recruitment process which consists of one interview in English with Recruiter and a second, shorter interview with Team Manager in Russian language
- Reference and clear criminal background check if offer is made
