This is a full-time, fully remote position with an initial 2-3 weeks of in-person training in our Dallas, TX office.

**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Customer Care Pharmacy Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or internet
* Confer with customers to provide information about products and services, and keep records of customer interactions and transactions
* Meet customer satisfaction targets and performance goals, handling medium to large call volumes on a consistent basis
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, including authorizations, overrides, and prior authorizations
* Generate faxes and emails, update records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Texas Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required at hire
* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy environment or customer service center preferred
* Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
