Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Client Experience & Scheduling Coordinator. This role is ideal for a stay-at-home parent or someone looking for flexible, part-time work from home.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping manage calls, messages, and scheduling while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every pet parent.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
- Manage text messages and customer communication
- Process intake forms and new client information
- Handle online booking requests and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate scheduling and client records
- Provide warm, helpful, and professional customer service
Schedule & Availability:
- Part-time, remote position
- Availability Wednesday through Saturday (flexible hours)
- Our phone hours are:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Workload varies — some days are quiet, others are busier
Compensation:
- Salary: $200 per week
- This is a light, flexible workload with downtime between tasks

- Customer service–oriented with a helpful, positive attitude
- Thorough and attentive when handling client information
- Comfortable working independently
- Bilingual is a plus
