Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our Client Achievement team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting client success and identifying ways to improve moderately complex requests or issues from customers regarding our financial products and services. You will interact with clients through multiple channels, including telephone, messaging, chat, video conversations, and other communication platforms.
