- Navigate our computerized support systems efficiently to document, track, and resolve applicant inquiries. You'll become proficient in using our ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and communication platforms to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in every interaction. You'll craft clear, professional, and empathetic responses that resonate with applicants from diverse backgrounds.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. You should have a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and building positive relationships with customers or clients.
