Bristol (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)<br>
£26,000 + excellent benefits</p>

<p>We are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, values-led organisation to recruit a <strong>Recruitment & HR Administrator</strong>. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative HR team within an organisation that makes a genuine difference to people’s lives.</p>

<p>The Opportunity</p>

<p>Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality recruitment and HR administration service across a workforce of approximately 500 employees. This is a varied and fast-paced position, ideal for someone who enjoys both recruitment coordination and broader HR support.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>

<ul>
<li>Drafting and publishing engaging job adverts (typically 6–8 roles at any one time)</li>
<li>Managing applications and responding to candidate and hiring manager queries</li>
<li>Coordinating interviews, assessment days and open days</li>
<li>Supporting the full onboarding process, including compliance checks and documentation</li>
<li>Producing contracts, offer letters and induction materials</li>
<li>Managing leaver processes and employee changes</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate records on the HR system</li>
<li>Supporting payroll processes and ensuring deadlines are met</li>
<li>Monitoring sickness and absence records</li>
<li>Responding to day-to-day HR queries and escalating where appropriate</li>
<li>Ensuring GDPR compliance at all times</li>
<li>Supporting continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation</li>
<li>Providing administrative support to the wider HR team as needed</li>
</ul>

<p>About You</p>

<ul>
<li>Previous experience in an HR administration role</li>
<li>Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently studying</li>
<li>Strong IT skills and confidence using HR systems</li>
<li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively</li>
<li>High level of attention to detail and discretion</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>A proactive, positive and team-oriented approach</li>
<li>Empathetic and aligned with a values-driven environment</li>
</ul>

<p>Salary & Benefits</p>

<ul>
<li>Salary of £26,000</li>
<li>Hybrid working (3 days office-based, 2 days from home)</li>
<li>37.5 hours per week (9:00–17:00 with 30-minute lunch)</li>
<li>27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service)</li>
<li>Pension matched up to 6%</li>
