Summary:
The Proposal Manager V provides senior-level leadership for complex, high-value proposal efforts across multiple business areas and product lines. This role oversees the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, shapes capture strategy in partnership with Sales and Product Management, and drives the development of competitive, compliant, and compelling proposals. The Proposal Manager V leads cross-functional teams—often including Program Management, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and external partners—to ensure proposals align with customer requirements, corporate objectives, and long-term business strategy. This role mentors proposal staff, enhances proposal processes, and contributes to organizational growth by improving win probability and proposal effectiveness.
Responsibilities:System level development experience in rugged applications.
Experience in Military and Aerospace, electronics.
Experience of Open architecture platforms including VPX and VME
