What we are looking for:  
As CompassMSP continues to grow, evolve and scale so does the need to provide project management for the professional services we deliver. It is to this end that CompassMSP is looking to expand our Project Management team, to better support and empower our technical teams to execute and deliver. 

As a Technical Project Manager at CompassMSP, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and client services, to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions while meeting client requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and project timelines.

Champion Collaboration: Coordinate project activities with clients and team leads, fostering collaboration and alignment for desired outcomes.
Lead the Charge: Initiate projects, manage workflow, and ensure support teams are primed for success, from intake to closure.
Navigate Expectations: Assist in managing client expectations, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the project journey.
Drive Results: From planning to execution, oversee every detail to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on time.
Facilitate Transitions: Ensure a smooth handoff to support teams, ensuring clients are set up for ongoing success.
Stay Connected: Provide regular updates to CompassMSP management, keeping everyone in the loop on project progress.
