Position Summary:
Penn Foster Group is seeking a strategic, insight-driven product marketing leader to join the Consumer Marketing organization as Product Marketing Manager. This role serves as the “brain” of consumer marketing- translating market, audience, and competitive insights into clear, differentiated messaging and go-to-market strategies that drive growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Consumer Marketing, this role also maintains a partnership with the B2B Marketing team to support employer- and partner-facing enablement needs. This manager will translate a deep understanding of customers, market trends, competitors, and our product value into marketing and GTM strategies that resonate and drive growth. Success in this role is defined by insight-led product positioning and effective GTM enablement that improves message clarity and launch performance, in close collaboration with Brand on narrative and storytelling.
