We are seeking a Principal Solutions Specialist (SME) – Advisor & Client Experience (RIA) to bring deep expertise in advisor workflows, client engagement, and digital client experience within the RIA ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with financial advisors, client service teams, and CRM platforms, and understands how advisors manage relationships, deliver advice, and engage clients across the full lifecycle.
As a subject matter expert, you will help shape how Advisor360° enables advisors to build stronger relationships, deliver personalized advice, and create a seamless client experience—while reducing the operational and technological burden that often gets in the way.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $176,000-190,274 + bonus & equity.
