Position Overview

- Exception Handling: Investigate and resolve all data entry-related exceptions efficiently. Identify discrepancies, gather necessary information, implement corrections, and resubmit transactions for processing according to established guidelines.
- Patient Communication: Handle incoming patient communications via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy. Respond promptly to inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure each patient interaction meets our high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Outbound Patient and Prescriber Contacts: Make outbound calls to patients and prescribers as needed to clarify information, confirm prescription details, or facilitate timely processing of medication requests.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development) equivalent required.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
- Computer Skills: Basic level proficiency with computer operations, including the ability to start up and shut down computers, use mouse navigation, open and close programs, switch between applications, save documents, print reports, and access information online.
- Web Navigation: Fundamental web browsing skills, including opening web browsers, correctly entering URLs, using search engines effectively, bookmarking websites, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
