What You'll Do

- Establish direct communication with veterinary clinics to process prescription endorsements, resolve client concerns, and clarify order requests with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough research and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for clients and partner clinics, following up as needed to ensure complete issue resolution.
- Perform accurate data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's proprietary healthcare software systems, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
- Uphold exceptional quality standards through meticulous data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders.
- Interact with clients, partners, and colleagues with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy, and genuine kindness in every interaction.
