Responsibilities
- Own the 'Speed to Lead.' Call, text, and email warm inquiries to book 50+ qualified evaluations per month
- Manage the entire lead lifecycle. If a conversation isn't documented in our CRM, it didn't happen. Accuracy is your primary KPI
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover emotional drivers and help patients choose our premium care over traditional 'mills.'
