Schedule: Part-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability a plus

$65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed)
$45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (requires supervision)
Target caseload: 15–22 sessions per week
Provide care from anywhere in Maryland—no commute, no overhead.
Primarily afternoon/evening hours when youth and families need support most. Build a consistent schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Deliver evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and young adults in communities with real need.
CEU reimbursement (up to $150 annually)
Free supervision for eligible clinicians
Opportunities to mentor or grow into leadership roles
Collaborative clinical team, accessible leadership, and systems designed to support—not overwhelm—you.
Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans
Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and fellow clinicians
Complete timely documentation in our EHR
Support families with education and care coordination

Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
