**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
* Providing information about products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients have the information they need to generate revenue from their website traffic
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our dealer clients
**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must be able to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Have gaming experience, although not required
