**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues efficiently.
* Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
* A positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think critically and navigate complex situations.
**Requirements**
To apply for this role, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
* Gaming experience is preferred, but not required.
