About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to work with us as an independent contractor (1099). Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to loan officers by phone, introducing our program, and setting appointments for follow-up conversations. This is a contract role with consistent hours and growth potential.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to loan officers, Monday through Friday
• Introduce and explain our program in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for our sales team
• Keep accurate notes and updates in CRM system
• Maintain a positive and professional tone at all times
Requirements:
• Mortgage, lending, or real estate industry experience is required
• Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
• Comfortable following a script and handling objections
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
