Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Call Center Representative to serve as a Veterinary Care Coordinator in our remote call center operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality customer service to pet families seeking our end-of-life care services. Work Schedule and Availability
arenaflex operates our call center 7 days a week, 365 days a year to ensure pet families can access our services whenever they need us. Our operating hours extend from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. As an Overnight Remote Call Center Representative, you will be assigned to evening shifts, which may include:
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift
