FAH implementation specialist skills Key Responsibilities
FAH Configuration: Define and manage accounting transformation rules, mapping sets, and event models to integrate non-Oracle systems with GL.
GL Management: Oversee General Ledger processes, including period close (month/quarter/year-end), reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Implementation & Support: Lead or participate in E2E implementation projects, enhancement activities, and support for Oracle Fusion Financials.
Integration and Data Flow: Design and maintain interfaces between subledger systems and FAH.
Technical/Functional Analysis: Translate business requirements into functional specs for FAH and GL enhancements.
7= Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance Functional roles.
Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of FAH (Subledger Accounting) and GL modules, including accounting principles and ledger setups.
Technical Skills: Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge for troubleshooting and data validation, along with BI Publisher for reporting.
Project Experience: Experience in full life cycle implementation projects.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills to work with business users.
