Position Overview

Are you a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives on making things run smoothly and efficiently? Do you enjoy handling multiple priorities and competing deadlines while bringing clarity and consistency to complex processes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join arenaflex as our Operations Manager.

This pivotal role ensures the productive daily functioning of arenaflex's physical office space and facilities, including our hybrid workspace arrangements. The Operations Manager is responsible for enhancing operational capabilities through the development and execution of functional plans, emergency preparedness protocols, and comprehensive project management initiatives.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee our IT infrastructure systems and implementation while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient procurement processes. You will collaborate closely with the Deputy Director and Senior HR Manager as part of the Operations team to manage, maintain, and refine internal system functionalities—including organizational goal achievement, information technology (IT) initiatives, internal operational projects, and overall office management.
