Job Summary:
The NetSuite ERP Copywriter is responsible for creating engaging and informative content that effectively communicates the benefits and features of the NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to target audiences. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop copy that aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging strategy and resonates with potential customers at different stages of the buyer's journey.
Responsibilities:
- Write compelling and persuasive copy for marketing collateral, including emails, landing pages, brochures, case studies, white papers, and website copy that highlights the benefits and features of NetSuite ERP software
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the NetSuite ERP software and its target audience, including their needs, pain points, and objections
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging frameworks that align with the company's brand voice and messaging strategy
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform copywriting decisions
- Develop and maintain a consistent tone and voice across all marketing collateral
- Optimize copy for search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) purposes
- Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateral
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting, marketing, and technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in copywriting or content marketing, preferably in B2B technology or software industries
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy
- Experience creating copy for ERP software or other complex software solutions is a plus
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles and best practices
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and compelling messaging
- Experience collaborating with designers and other stakeholders to create effective marketing collateral
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms
- Working Conditions:
- The NetSuite ERP Copywriter will work remotely. They may be required to work outside of regular business hours to meet deadlines or accommodate business needs.
