Job Description: 

Microsoft Sales Lead

Remote with occasional visits to the Milton Keynes head office  

We have an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Sales Lead to join our growing Microsoft business at Ingram Micro. Working closely with Microsoft, partner and internal sales teams, as well as wider regional and central functions, this role plays a key part in driving partner‑led growth across the Microsoft portfolio.

The role focuses on leading and developing a team of Partner Development Managers (PDMs), building effective partner strategies aligned to Microsoft priorities, and enabling pipeline creation and co‑sell execution through clear, structured and commercially sound partner‑led go‑to‑market approaches.
