Job Title: Maintenance Manager 
Location: Home based (Regional)- you will be required to travel to allocated care homes across the Greater London and Surrey area.
Salary: Up to £51,811 per annum dependent on experience and company car

Contract: Full Time Permanent Contract - 40 hours 
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

Job Purpose

Manage a team of Maintenance Operatives and gardeners (where applicable) within a given portfolio to ensure that the Care Homes remain fully functional and the buildings and equipment therein are maintained to a high standard,. Complying with all relevant Bupa Standard Operating Procedures and relevant legislation and industry best practice, with a focus on compliance and compliance coverage across the homes, to ensure that accommodation requirements are met and aligned with Bupa’s cultural and brand values.

Assist in the management of the repairs and maintenance revenue budgets for the portfolio, ensuring corrective actions are taken to avoid unnecessary over or underspend, working in collaboration with the wider Property and Care Services Teams.

To cover the Maintenance Operative duties in allocated Care Homes where it is identified there is a requirement for support due to annual leave or vacant positions or to support MO’s where they may need assistance to complete repair activities
