Role:
Research companies that fit ideal client criteria
Identify decision-makers such as:
Head of People
VP People / Chief People Officer
Learning & Development leaders
HR / Talent leaders
Find accurate LinkedIn profiles
Find and verify business email addresses
Build clean, organized prospect lists in Google Sheets
Add notes that improve outreach quality (company size, recent funding, growth stage, culture signals, etc.)
Continuously refine lead quality based on feedback
Ideal Companies: I will provide a list of companies to start with.
50 to 500 employees
Fast-growing or scaling organizations
Strong people/culture orientation
Bay Area preferred initially
Healthcare and Biotech
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation
Strong LinkedIn research skills
Experience with tools such as Apollo, Hunter, RocketReach, ContactOut, ZoomInfo, etc.
Excellent spreadsheet / Google Sheets skills
High attention to detail
Strong written English
Able to follow criteria and improve with feedback
Bonus if you understand HR, L&D, coaching, consulting, or corporate training buyers

Find high quality contacts Learning and Development and Peolpe Ops for the list of 40 companies provided.
Potential for ongoing weekly work if strong fit.
