We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Operations Analyst to oversee production support activities for our suite of data analysis products used to support internal banking operations. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor in identifying and triaging production incidents affecting our client data analysis platform. You will leverage your strong understanding of big data lake environments to collaborate with various technology teams, investigate platform and data quality issues, and remediate problems before they impact our products and services.
This position offers the opportunity to take on meaningful projects that enhance our production support capabilities, including implementing new monitoring tools, establishing new operational procedures, and preparing for the release of new products. You will lead research initiatives, prepare comprehensive reports on production issues, and present findings to internal stakeholders.
