Launch Analyst

Freedom Mortgage is a company focused on the mortgage industry, and they are seeking a Launch Analyst to participate in a comprehensive program designed for college graduates. This role involves engaging in projects, collaborating with various business units, and obtaining industry knowledge through rotations and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in projects addressing business challenges across various functions
• Demonstrate task competency by fulfilling program requirements, transitioning into a designated role at program completion
• Apply 75% of your time to learning and supporting the business, and 25% to business operation rotations and industry courses
• Work with the assigned business channels to assist leaders in day-to-day operations:
• Analyze financial statements, prepare budgets, and assist in strategic planning and modeling
• Perform data analysis, create reports, and support data-driven decisions
• Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Track loan analytics, review financials, build financial models, and actively participate in process improvements
• Successfully earn accreditations, complete training courses, and learning modules assigned in the program
• Engage in building professional relationships within the company
• Successfully complete the NMLS S.A.F.E. exam
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University required
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
• Ability to read business journals, reports and legal documents
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of administrators, managers, employees, customers and/or the general public
• Must be detail oriented, critical thinker, have strong analytical skills, good communication skills and an excellent customer service orientation
• Motivated, hardworking and self-starter
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem resolution and consultative skills
• Thrive in a dynamic metric-focused environment by overcoming obstacles with resilience
• Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and program expectations
• Able to work independently, self-driven, highly motivated and results-oriented
• Outstanding customer service skills with strong attention to details
• Candidates must pass the NMLS S.A.F.E. exam during this program
