About the Role: Data Entry Specialist

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the backbone of our data management operations. Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Data Input: Systematically enter and update critical data in various databases and platforms, including passenger information, booking details, flight schedules, baggage tracking, and customer feedback records. Ensure 100% accuracy in all data entry tasks to prevent costly errors and maintain data integrity.
• Quality Assurance & Validation: Conduct routine data quality audits and verification checks to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, missing information, or duplicate entries. Implement corrective measures promptly and document all corrections for continuous improvement.
• Data Security & Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to company data security policies, privacy regulations, and best practices. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive passenger information and proprietary business data at all times.

• System Navigation: Proficiency in using multiple data management systems, including airline reservation platforms, CRM tools, and internal databases. Quickly learn and adapt to new software applications as technology evolves.

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's degree or post-secondary education in business administration, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience Level: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles is strongly preferred. However, we welcome motivated individuals with exceptional typing skills and a commitment to accuracy, even without prior experience.
• Typing Proficiency: Must possess fast and accurate typing skills, with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute and accuracy rates exceeding 98%.
