**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems and software quickly
