Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates. This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to discuss their needs and preferences
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner
- Receive and respond to inbound customer calls, providing accurate and helpful information
- Identify customer needs and route them to the appropriate department or resource
- Work in a blended call center environment, handling both outbound and inbound calls
- Support sales efforts and participate in client campaigns related to corporate needs
- Document all call information accurately in our system
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 to 2 years of related experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques and able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Outbound dialing, upselling experience, and telemarketing experience are a plus
- Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
