We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team, who is fluent in Romanian, Polish, and English, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and respond to customer inquiries about the usage of our platform, Transporeon
- Support customers with their queries regarding received invoices
- Perform administrative tasks, such as problem analysis, information provision, training, and small translations
- Work autonomously to resolve customer issues and improve their experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluent Romanian, Polish, and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formal communication
- First experience in Customer Service or Customer Care, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
- Fast technical comprehension, with comfort using MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn more
- High level of organizational skills, proactivity, and reliability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of logistics or transportation industry
- Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
