Intake Supervisor

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national family law firm, is seeking a compassionate and innovative Intake Supervisor to work remotely in Colorado or Texas. Modern Family Law offers dynamic compensation, a wide array of benefit selections, and a culture built on family. 

The Intake Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the intake department. This individual leads the intake team, monitors and reports on key performance metrics, ensures exceptional client service, and maintains accurate data and reporting within company systems. 

This role is accountable for the overall performance of the intake team, including conversion rates and intake productivity. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented leader with strong call center management experience and a proven ability to manage performance, improve workflows, and support team development. 

This position reports directly to the Sales Enablement Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient and positive intake experience for prospective clients.

Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range for CO/TX: $52,200 - $71,460. KPI incentive potential is $12,000. This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the base salary plus KPI incentive that this individual is expected to receive.Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. 

Comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, HSA/FSA options, short-term and long-term disability, dental and vision care, life insurance, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and access to an employee assistance program.  Additional voluntary benefits include accident insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, critical illness insurance, long-term care insurance, and pet insurance. Commuter and transit benefits may be available in some locations.
