What You'll Do
As an integral part of our customer experience team, you will play a pivotal role in representing arenaflex's commitment to excellence. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Florida, where you will handle inbound sales calls and assist customers in finding exactly what they need to make their homes beautiful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound Sales Calls: Manage approximately 40 inbound calls per day (depending on your shift), professionally assisting customers in finding and purchasing their ideal home products. Each interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting impression and build customer loyalty.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Actively listen to customers to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Use this information to recommend products that precisely match their needs.
- Product Consultation: When customers need additional information that may not be readily available on our website, you will directly contact product suppliers to gather detailed specifications, availability information, and pricing details.
- Follow Sales Process: Execute the established arenaflex Sales Cycle and call stream, which includes asking probing questions to understand customer needs, presenting solutions, building rapport, and confidently closing sales.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Continuously analyze customer needs and proactively suggest complementary items, upgrades, or accessories that enhance their primary purchase while providing added value.
- Schedule Management: Review your daily schedule at the beginning of each shift via our booking system. Be aware of assigned break times, lunch periods, team meetings, and training sessions to ensure maximum availability for our customers.
- Performance Metrics: arenaflex is a data-driven organization. Your success will be measured through various operational metrics including sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, average handle time, and other key performance indicators.
- Technology Proficiency: Navigate multiple software applications simultaneously while maintaining excellent problem-solving skills. Stay current with process and policy updates communicated through email or chat channels.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team engagement activities, sales challenges, and contribute to our positive team culture. Support your colleagues and share best practices to collectively exceed our customer service goals.
- Flexibility During Peak Seasons: During busy periods such as holidays and major sales events, you may be required to work modified schedules and/or mandatory overtime to ensure we meet our customers' needs.
What You'll Need

Essential Qualifications:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. You should be able to articulate product information clearly, listen actively, and build genuine rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Sales Aptitude: Some experience in sales, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment. While we provide comprehensive training, a natural inclination toward sales and meeting targets is essential.
- Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Some college education is preferred but not mandatory. We value diverse educational backgrounds and life experiences.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating in a digital environment. You should be proficient with technology, quick to learn new software applications, and capable of multitasking across multiple platforms.
- Reliability: Regular and dependable attendance is a fundamental requirement. Our customers count on us, and we count on our team members to be present and prepared for every shift.
- Focus and Dedication: Ability to remain focused on customer needs, free from distractions, for the entire duration of your shift. Professionalism and consistency are paramount.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales call center environments
- Familiarity with home goods, furniture, or decor products
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish is a plus in our diverse Florida market)
