Over the past five years, we've pioneered bringing A.I. capabilities into users workflows, empowering them to get more done, faster, while maintaining control over their bran strategy and content quality. We've learned a lot along the way - most of all that there is much ground yet to cover.
The Opportunity:
A year ago, our Founder/CEO temporarily stepped into the marketing leadership role to begin re-engineering our growth strategy, targeting a step function improvement in CAC efficiency. We've made significant progress since then, with monthly new MRR up 53% while churned MRR is down 26% and marketing expenses have decreased 49%.
We're looking for an A.I. forward marketer to lead the continued evolution of our growth engine, leaning into emerging technologies and the new approaches that they enable to further our trajectory toward greater and more cost effective growth.
We assume this will involve even deeper adoption of A.I. capabilities as they continue to become more powerful. As such, we are seeking someone who is already down the learning curve with real, hands-on experience implementing A.I. to positively impact results. The key is not implementing A.I. for the sake of it, but rather in pursuit of greater impact.
As we continue to learn, we will expect this leader, and our marketing team overall, to share insights with our Product and Engineering teams to influence how we will further empower our customers to grow through our offerings.
What You'll Be Doing:
Owning Growth Strategy: Develop, execute and iterate on a marketing strategy that drives near-term results while building toward long-term sustainability and success.
