Job Details Fully remote – work from anywhere in the U.S. W2 Full-Time Job Requirements 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience Background in venture-backed, private equity, or high-growth environments preferred Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and board engagement Strong technical foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred Who You Are Strategic, hands-on finance leader who thrives in high-growth, venture-backed environments Deep expertise in financial modeling, unit economics, and capital strategy Proven experience building and scaling finance functions, systems, and teams Strong understanding of complex business models; healthcare or payer experience is a plus Clear and effective communicator, able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights Builder mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Do Lead company-wide financial strategy, including long-range planning, capital allocation, and investment prioritization Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on growth, performance, and strategic decisions Own forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, translating insights into clear recommendations and actions Build and scale financial infrastructure, including FP&A, accounting oversight, systems, and internal controls Oversee revenue cycle financial performance and unit economics, partnering cross-functionally to drive improvements Lead board and investor engagement, including reporting, storytelling, and fundraising support Ensure strong financial operations, including cash management, audits, compliance, and external partnerships Evaluate and support strategic initiatives, including new markets, partnerships, and M&A opportunities Own end-to-end payroll operations-ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, while partnering with HR on employee lifecycle input What we Offer $225,000- $275,000 annual salary Medical, Dental, and Vision Meaningful investment in the company via stock options Generous time-off Flexible hours with an async-friendly team culture
