The ideal candidate is based in or able to maintain working hours within the South America time zones (UTC-5) but also attend meetings in other time zones

Founded in 2013, GI-TOC brings together a global network of more than 750 independent experts and a team of over 130 staff dedicated to understanding and responding to organized crime. Through research, analysis, policy engagement and support to civil society actors, GI-TOC works to deepen understanding of organized crime and strengthen effective, rights-based responses. In 2024, GI-TOC produced 167 publications and reached more than 713,000 website users worldwide.

Job Summary


The Gl-TOC is seeking an experienced Grants Manager to oversee the effective management of a diverse portfolio of grants and donor-funded programmes. Working under the direct supervision of the Director of Programme Management, the role will support programme teams across the full grant cycle, from proposal development and contracting through to implementation, compliance, financial oversight and donor reporting. The Grants Manager will play a key role in strengthening internal programme management systems, supporting consortium coordination, and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and in line with donor requirements and organizational standards.
