Job Description Overview Join an innovative venture dedicated to expanding revenue for SaaS companies by building systems that foster greater adoption and use of B2B software products. This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of revenue optimization and growth strategies using cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities • Develop and implement systems to enhance user engagement and increase product adoption. • Build and optimize activation and expansion workflows to maximize account growth. • Set up and manage go-to-market strategies with a focus on increasing conversion rates and booking sales demos. • Work closely with company leaders to drive growth initiatives and strategy implementations. • Monitor and report on system performance and suggest improvements for better outcomes. • Experiment with and iterate on processes to find the most effective strategies for booking demos and engaging clients. Qualifications • Strong background in growth strategy implementation for tech or SaaS companies. • Experience working with tech companies, especially those with B2B software tools. • Ability to work within fast-paced environments and experience working from startup to scale. • High degree of resilience, grit, and a comfort with iterative processes and experimentation. • Proficiency in setting up systems engineering solutions tailored to market needs. • Familiarity with enterprise clients and the ability to handle high-level client interactions. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on outcome-based activities. • Preferably located in or open to working within the same time zones as New York or California.
