Examples of What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot technical issues or bugs
- Support with plug-in updates, site speed, and overall performance
- Occasionally help with integrations (email platforms, booking tools, etc.)
- Provide brief status updates when work is completed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor
- Ability to respond to requests within 1 business day
- Excellent communication and documentation
- Detail-oriented and trustworthy with access to backend systems
- Ability to respond within the East Coast Time Zone
-Bonus if you have design or light coding experience (HTML/CSS)
Compensation:
$50–$75/hr depending on experience
Up to $100/hr for urgent or same-day turnaround requests
