We are seeking an experienced, highly collaborative marketer to own the field marketing strategy and execution across a defined regional territory (North Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri, Kansas, New Mexico, and Puerto Rico. This role brings the Caesars Sportsbook brand to life on the ground-activating sports sponsorships, retail sportsbooks, and cultural moments that drive brand connection and commercial performance. The manager serves as the regional expert, understanding market nuances, competitive dynamics, growth headwinds, and opportunities, and converts that insight into high‑impact, hyper‑local marketing strategies.
Retail Sportsbook Marketing & Omni‑Channel Strategy
Serve as the primary relationship manager for casino operators within the region by building trust, influencing decision-making, and aligning on shared goals to drive retail growth
Drive on‑property engagement by operationalizing brand experiences, digital integrations, promotional activations, and customer pathways that connect retail bettors to the mobile Sportsbook app.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Creative, Promotions, CRM, Legal, Operations, Media) to build and launch localized campaigns tied to seasonal sports moments, major events, and partner opportunities.
Manage regional execution of signage, merchandising, QR codes, onsite brand presence, and promotion fulfillment across sportsbooks and casino property locations.
Plan and support major on-site events including watch parties, VIP hospitality, partner activations, and new sportsbook openings.
Lead the creation, trafficking, and approval routing of regional marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Gather customer, partner, and property feedback to identify opportunities for growth then translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
Support education and training of brick‑and‑mortar casino teams on Caesars Rewards, mobile betting, and promotional programs to improve customer experience and adoption.
Manage onsite materials including merchandising, print assets, signage, and promotional items; partner with vendors on production and delivery.
Sports Marketing
Oversee all sports partnerships in the assigned region, ensuring full utilization of contractual assets, effective activation, and strong partner relationships.
A strong project manager with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tight timelines, and complex cross-functional workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
An effective communicator with an exceptional attention to detail.
A person who is comfortable working in fast‑paced environments, especially during peak sports seasons, nights, weekends, and events.
Someone with the flexibility to travel regionally (~15-25% of your time)
