Role Responsibilities
• Oversee recruitment, deployment, and coordination of agricultural labor crews across various farming operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the customer’s team and agricultural workers, maintaining clear communication.
• Maintain detailed documentation related to workforce management, contracts, and performance tracking.
• Implement best practices to improve workforce productivity, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Address workforce issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth labor operations.
• Support strategic planning and process improvements in farm labor contracting operations.
Requirements
• Strong years of hands-on experience as a Farm Labor Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of farm labor contracting, labor compliance, and workforce management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to supervise and coordinate diverse teams remotely.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools used for remote workforce coordination and communication.
• Strong problem-solving ability and commitment to high service standards.
