We are seeking an experienced Virtual Medical Assistant - Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

+ Identify and resolve data entry errors or discrepancies
* Referral Management:
+ Review incoming referrals and ensure accurate and timely data entry
+ Log into hospital portals to retrieve patient records and attach them to the patient's chart
+ Rename records and attach them to the patient's chart as necessary
* Team Support:
+ Provide data entry support to the rest of the team as needed
+ Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry processes
* Communication:
+ Communicate effectively with the team and clients to ensure seamless data entry processes
+ Respond to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
**Requirements**
* 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in a US healthcare setting
* Proven experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Experience with data entry and auditing of team work
* Experience with reviewing referrals, logging into hospital portals, renaming records, and attaching records
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Ability to work effectively in the Mountain Time zone to align with client schedules
