Position Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Virtual Customer Care Advisor. This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible reduced-hour schedule that may start and end beyond traditional business hours. Primary Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Customer Support: Assist clients and other advisors via telephone, email, and online platforms with billing/insurance verification, product inquiries, or service questions. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and ensure their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Call Management: Handle both inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and empathy. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on previous interactions to ensure complete satisfaction.
