Our remote team is the backbone of our operations, and we're seeking talented individuals like you to join our ranks. **Responsibilities** As a Vacation Rental Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our guests, handling all daily communications, resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless experiences. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling all daily guest communications (text/email/platform) in a professional and timely manner * Resolving guest inquiries and resolving them in accordance with company standard operating procedures * Coordinating with vendors to schedule periodic and emergency repairs to our vacation rental properties * Managing the turn process for every unit, ensuring every cleaning team is properly assigned * Helping develop processes and systems to improve overall guest experience * Providing timely reviews of guests on Airbnb and Vrbo platforms * Blog writing about vacation rentals on our company website to increase exposure and visibility to potential guests **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses * Experience in the vacation rental industry is required * Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite * Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Field Scheduling, and CRM software * Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with minimal to zero background noise * Excellent English and Spanish (written and spoken) * A strong work ethic and track record delivering results * Reliability and punctuality are essential **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of property management software and systems * Familiarity with social media management tools * Experience with content creation and blog writing * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to employee growth and development.
