We're committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for arenaflex. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, and you'll be expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Qualify and pursue inbound leads, and build business relationships with potential clients through outbound prospecting * Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner, as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA) * Foster qualified sales opportunities and develop future pipeline potential * Acquire revenue through outbound cold pitching across a range of existing arenaflex clients and breaking into net new logos in designated regions and markets * Identify key decision-makers within new accounts * Collaborate with and influence partners to develop designated records, call methodologies, and reporting to drive sales opportunities * Plan and execute qualified discovery meetings/item demos for Account Executives to lead * Meet monthly essential goals for developing revenue in accounts through creating a reliable sales pipeline * Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and develop new pipeline * Utilize Salesforce and Effort to track and report on all movements and results * Develop and maintain a variety of contacts (calls, emails, social media, etc.) on all prospects in your designated territory **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree preferred * 0-2 years' experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or similar * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment * Strong organizational and follow-up skills * Positive and lively telephone skills, with excellent listening and communication abilities * Constantly strive to improve sales productivity and business acumen * Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven, with a willingness to work in a team environment * Passion for and commitment to developing, learning, and advancing within a sales organization * Knowledge of business operations, roles, and organizational structure * Experience with Salesforce, Effort, and Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required * Ability to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer * May occasionally lift up to 15 pounds **What You Can Expect from Us** * A welcoming, open, and relaxed work environment (ditch the suit and tie) * A comprehensive, quality benefits package, paid out on the first of the month following your date of hire * A matching 401(k) retirement plan * A healthy balance between work and play, with flexible work arrangements and generous downtime * Access to educational support for all employees * A liberal referral incentive program * Company gatherings and events * Opportunities for community involvement and volunteer work **What We Value** * Collaboration - We're a team, and we value input, support, and respect for one another.
