Responsibilities:
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers: Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and professional manner, creating raving fans.
* Assisting sales consultants: Help finalize sales orders, including payment transactions, delivery setup, and more.
* Triaging incoming phone calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Contacting customers: Reach out to customers to resolve delivery and service issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
* Reconciling cash drawer: Accurately reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proficient computer skills: Familiarity with new programs and technology.
* Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
* Mathematical and organizational skills: Accurately process transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

* 1-2 years of retail experience: Preferred but not required.
