**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure seamless resolution.
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences, and tailoring your responses to meet their expectations.
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
* Promoting interest in client products and services through proactive engagement and personalized recommendations.
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times, reflecting arenaflex's values and brand identity.
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
* Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment.
* Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and tone.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and software, including data management and reporting.
